TMI e2E Academy, an NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) Partner company launched India’s very first Employability Counselling Centre(ECC) in the city.
Located near the passport office on Secunderabad Station Road, the Employability Counseling Centre is the first of its kind in India, targeted at rural and semi-urban graduates and is the latest innovation from TMI e2E Academy.
ECC will offer four services - ECC will be a full-fledged information and facilitation center for all jobs for graduate/non graduates with upto two years of work experience. ECC will, over a period of time, become a place where one can get information on Government and PSU jobs, corporate jobs and MSME (Micro, Small and Medium) jobs, all in one place. Secondly, the candidate can take a Job Personality Fitment Test (JPFit Test) to find out what kind of jobs will suit his/her personality at the ECC itself. Thirdly, the candidate gets assessed and facilitated for TMI e2E client jobs and lastly, the candidate can seek an one-on-one job counseling session with the counselors to understand the various types of job roles available for him/her.
In the year 2012-13, TMI e2E Academy plans to provide employment to 18,000 candidates. Though the focus will be on BA/Bsc/BComgraduates, TMI e2E will also work for ITI’s/Diploma Holders and Engineers based on the requirement from the Employers. Plans are on to launch six new ECC centers in the next three months in Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune and Bhopal.
