BANGALORE: Governor H R Bhardwaj on Sunday opined that H D Kumaraswamy's hunger strike would send a wrong signal to the people. Interacting with reporters after his visit to the Bannerghatta National Park, Bhardwaj advised both Kumaraswamy and Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa to focus on development instead of wasting time on personal matters.
"If they have any issues, they should sort it out through talks. Politicians should understand their responsibility," he added. On his equations with Chief Minister Yeddyurappa he said: "There is no conflict between me and the CM. I am working in my administrative purview. If there is any malfunction, I will intervene according to the Constitution."
