CHENNAI: To give vent to grievances of sexual harassment, the Madras High Court has directed all employers to put in place an appropriate mechanism to receive such complaints and to ensure the end result.The First Bench comprising Chief Justice M Y Eqbal and Justice T S Sivagnanam gave the direction while passing orders on public interest litigations from R Karthikeyan and woman constable S K Valli of Tirupur on August 22.The bench also directed the member-secretary, TN State Legal Services Authority to ensure that appropriate legal awareness camps are organised.
