New Delhi: In yet another case of suicide at a metro station in Delhi, a man jumped on the tracks at East Delhi' Preet Vihar metro station at around 10 pm on Monday. The man identified as Deepak was crushed by the incoming train and died.
Police are trying to find out the cause of suicide. Investigators say that Deepak jumped on the tracks just as a train was approaching.
Train services were disrupted on the Dwarka-Vaishali line due to the suicide case. All trains on the route were stopped at the nearest station and commuters faced a very tough time.
