Defamation suit against CM: H D Kumaraswamy

BNAGALORE: State JD(S) chief H D Kumaraswamy will file a defamation case against Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa, BJP national spokesperson Nirmala Seetharaman and state BJP president K S Eshwarappa besides the Rashtrotthana Mudranalaya for making baseless allegations of corruption against him and his family in the chargesheet released recently.
"All the charges made by the BJP are baseless and malicious. It has damaged my reputation as well as that of my family members. My advocates have opined that a defamation case can be filed which I will do shortly," Kumaraswamy addressed the media here on Tuesday.
