DC Book Fest begins

KOCHI:  The Fourteenth D C International Book  and Cultural Festival will begin here on Monday.Pakistani-English writer Qaisra Shahraz will inaugurate the book fest. Her book ‘Typhoon’, along with the novels of the  Jumpa Lahiri, Doris Lessing, Anita Nair and Gul Irepoglu  will be released at the function. There will be cultural events and film screening on all the days of the fest. The book fest will end on February 12.
