CM exults at Agni-V launch

BHUBANESWAR: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday congratulated the scientists of the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) on the successful launch of Agni-V inter-continental ballistic missile.“I congratulate DRDO scientists on the extraordinary and rare feat for the nation,” Patnaik told reporters here. The country is really proud of the defence scientists who have put India in the elite club of nations, he added.Describing them as the glowing stars of the nation, Naveen said the successful launch of the ICBM built with indigenous technology has made the country self- reliant in defence.
