Two girls — one of them was made to do household chores at a children’s home while the other, an orphan, was kicked out of her aunt’s house — were rescued here on Thursday. Twelve-year-old Muthumari from Thoothukudi was rescued from a children’s home, while Devi (10) from Dindigul was rescued from a bus stand.
