HYDERABAD: The BJP is not pressing for mid-term polls but will face them if thrust upon, RS member M Venkaiah Naidu has said. Addressing a press conference here on Sunday, he said Congress-led UPA govt failed on all fronts and Congress failed to lead the coalition govt once again with its allies playing role of the opposition in and outside Parliament. "The UPA government is losing the confidence of its constituents, not to speak of the opposition parties. Prime minister Manmohan Singh has become a weak prime minister and is unable to take any decision. Worse, he failed to implement decisions taken on several issues. The government has become a name-sake government and people want it to go as it might take more wrong decisions if stays on in power.'' Naidu termed the budget anti-common man. It neglected all sectors and just Rs 22,000 cr was allocated for agriculture, he said.
