THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Taking the factional feud within the party to new heights, KC (B) chairman R Balakrishna Pillai on Tuesday said the decision regarding the continuation of his minister-son K B Ganesh Kumar in the party would be taken within a week. After a party leadership meeting, he told reporters that the party’s stand on Ganesh Kumar would be made clear at the UDF meeting slated for Wednesday. “Ganesh Kumar’s arrogance has reached its peak. It can no more be tolerated. The UDF gave the minister’s post to the party, not to an individual,” Pillai said.“The party will be lenient towards Ganesh Kumar if he changes his attitude,” he said. “Allowing him to contest the last Assembly election was the biggest mistake of my life,” he said.“He could be withdrawn from the Cabinet in the same manner as the Trinamool withdrew its minister from the Union Cabinet,” he said.
