Babas Mahasamadhi likely to be ready by July 14

ANANTAPUR: The construction works of Sri Satya Saibaba Mahasamadhi is going at a brisk pace. Twenty workers and 15 labourers are working towards completing the Samadhi by July 14, a day ahead of the formal opening of the Samadhi. As planned, from July 15, devotees will be allowed to have darshan of the Samadhi. Bengaluru-based Sankaranarayana Constructions is taking care of the construction work.Meanwhile, the Sri Satya Sai Central Trust is meeting to take a decision on holding a function to mark the opening of the Samadhi.The shooting of the film on the life and mission of Sri Satya Saibaba directed by Kodi Ramakrishna will commence on July 11, according to sources.The alumni of  Sri Satya Sai educational institutions will meet in Puttaparthy on June 11 and 12. Sources said, in the two-day alumnus meeting, many crucial decisions will be taken. Among these issues are appointment of Baba's personal attendant Satyajith as a member of Sai trust and developments in Puttaparthi including seizure of cash which was traced to trust members.
