New Delhi: Model turned actress, Ankita Shorey was initially offered to do the item song in Prabhu Deva's next directorial venture 'Ramaiya Vastavaiya'.
Producer Kumar Taurani was keen to cast Ankita Shorey for this interestingly tittled 'Jaadu Ki Jhappi De De Tu Abhi', which will be shot in the fields of punjab.
Confirming to this news, Ankita said "Yes it's true that Kumarji had offered me to do this item song before Jacqueline, I was really excited about the song especially with the king of dance, Prabhu Deva involved, but as of now I want to focus on doing quality roles in Bollywood and then maybe after doing 3-4 movies I will definitely look at an item song, I am really grateful to Kumarji for considering me for the song and wish the team All the best."
Currently, Ankita Shorey is focusing on the upcoming Wills India Fashion Week 2013.
