The Capital has reported five fresh cases of swine flu.
New Delhi: Seventeen new swine flu cases have been reported in India taking the number of affected up to 551. Four new cases have also been reported from Pune - two of them in people who had recently arrived from abroad.
Delhi has also reported five fresh cases - three of the patients contracted swine flu from a school student who had tested positive earlier.
Two fresh cases have been reported in Mumbai and two in Kozhikode - both of them contacts of a previously diagnosed flu patient.
One case each has been reported from Goa, Kolkata, Gurgaon in Haryana.
Of the 551 positive cases reported so far, 422 have been discharged.
