Hi Nanna Day 6 Collection: Nani-Mrunal Thakur Film Earns ...
Hi Nanna is running successfully in theatres and is doing well commercially.

Nani and Mrunal Thakur’s film Hi Nanna was released on December 7. It has achieved various feats within a week of its release. While the recently-released film is getting impressive reviews from fans, it has also reaffirmed the popularity of Nani in the overseas market, which is visible from its box-office collection. The Shouryuv-directorial film is running successfully in theatres and is doing well commercially. Speaking of the film’s collection on the sixth day of its release,it has managed to earn Rs 2.25 crore, which is the same as its Monday collection. It has grossed a total of Rs 29 crore. As far as the worldwide collections are concerned, it has minted a significant Rs 44.1 crore. Notably, the film was released in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam languages.

It is pertinent to note that Nani has now secured the second position in overseas popularity. He is only after superstar Mahesh Babu, who has 11 million-dollar movies in his portfolio. This came after Hi Nanna swiftly crossed the one million mark within its first week. Apart from Nani, no other tier 2 heroes have managed to achieve this milestone.

Produced by Mohan Cherukuri and Dr Vijayendra Reddy under the banner of Vyra Entertainments, Hi Nanna also features Angad Bedi, Jayaram, and Nassar. Child actress Kiara plays the daughter in the film. The cinematography for the film has been done by Sanu Varghese, whereas Praveen Anthony was in charge of its editing. Reports were circulating that during the certification process of the film, members of the Censor Board were in tears due to the emotional moments skillfully portrayed in the film. The poignant emotional bond between Nani and his child has been displayed in a perfect way; so much so, that it can leave anyone teary-eyed.

Coming back to the film’s business, the overseas success momentum is likely to continue for Hi Nanna, until Salaar arrives at theatres this month.
