Downloading the App
Open the Google Play Store app on your device. You need internet connection to access the Play Store.
Search for wikiHow in the search bar. The official wikiHow Android app is called wikiHow - the how to manual. In case wikiHow does not appear in your search results, it is because it is either not supported by your device, or you do not have the required Android version. This app requires Android 4.1 and up. Most Android phones and tablets from 2012 onwards can run this app. Some of the popular eligible Android devices include: All Google Nexus/Pixel phones and tablets except Nexus One Samsung Galaxy S2 or later Moto G series Samsung Note / J / A / M / Z series (all models) Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 or later / Tab E / Tab A / Tab S series
Click on Install, and then the application gets installed on your device.
Using the Application
Using wikiHow on Android is significantly different from using it on a web browser. The Categories page will show you the different categories under which various How To articles are categorized.
Use the navigational bar at the bottom of the screen to quickly view the featured articles, various categories, to search an article or view your bookmarks.
Add bookmarks to your favorite How To articles so you can view them easily without having to search for them every time you open the application. To bookmark an article, click on the symbol on the top-right of the screen.
