Open Line on your PC or Mac. It’s a white speech bubble on a green background. You’ll usually find it in the All Apps area of the Start menu (Windows) or the Applications folder (macOS). If you’re currently signed in to LINE, log out now by clicking the gear icon and selecting Log out.
Click Reset Password. It’s at the bottom of the sign-in window.
Enter your email address and click OK. LINE will send a password reset message to your email address.
Open the email message from LINE. This message contains a link you must follow to reset the password.
Click the password reset link. Your default web browser will open to the password reset page.
Enter a new password. Type it the same exact way into both blanks.
Click OK. Your LINE password is now reset and ready to use.
