National Award winners Alia Bhatt and Kriti Sanon attended the State Dinner on Wednesday, and it is safe to say that both looked royal and elegant in their respective attires.

Alia Bhatt and Kriti Sanon graced the state dinner that followed the prestigious National Awards ceremony, both adorned in splendid ethnic finery. Alia Bhatt’s choice was a mesmerizing deep maroon velvet suit, featuring a graceful v-neck and adorned with intricate floral bootis. She embraced simplicity with a bindi and the elegance of long dangler earrings. Her makeup was a testament to dewy radiance, accentuating her natural beauty, while her charming smile, accompanied by a beguiling dimple, illuminated the evening, leaving a lasting impression of grace and sophistication.

The 69th National Film Awards ceremony was held in New Delhi’s Vigyan Bhawan yesterday, where the awards were presented by President Droupadi Murmu. The winners of the National Awards for the year 2021, which had been announced in August, included Allu Arjun for Best Actor, Alia Bhatt and Kriti Sanon for Best Actress. Several film teams, including RRR, Sardar Udham, Gangubai Kathiawadi, and The Kashmir Files, had won multiple awards. Rocketry: The Nambi Effect was awarded the Best Feature Film.

India’s highest film honor, the Dada Saheb Phalke Award, had been bestowed upon the legendary actress Waheeda Rehman.
