The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) is all set to commence the application process for the UP Police Sub Inspector (SI) Recruitment tomorrow, January 7, 2024. Candidates can apply via the official website of UPPBPB at uppbpb.gov.in. As per the schedule, the last date to apply for the UP Police Sub Inspector (SI) recruitment post is January 28, 2024. Through this recruitment drive, the UPPRPB will fill up a total of 921 Sub Inspector and Assistant Sub Inspector posts in the organisation.
Once the online registration process ends, candidates will be able to edit or make changes to their application form on January 30, 2024. “Online applications are invited from the candidates to fill the following vacant posts of Sub Inspector (Confidential), Assistant Sub Inspector of Police (Clerk), and Assistant Sub Inspector of Police (Accounts) for men and women in Uttar Pradesh Police,” the official notice says.

UP Police SI Recruitment 2023: Exam Pattern
UPPBPB will hold an online written exam of 400 marks for successfully registered candidates. The question paper will comprise 200 objective-type questions on general Hindi/computer knowledge, quantitative and mental ability, general knowledge, and mental aptitude, intelligence quotient, and logical ability. The total duration of the recruitment exam will be 2 hours and 30 minutes.
UP Police SI Recruitment 2023: Application Fee
When applying for the positions, candidates will be required to pay an application fee of Rs 400. Aspirants must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board or an equivalent qualification approved by the government to be eligible for UP Police SI recruitment 2023. In addition to education requirements, candidates must be between the ages of 21 and 28 to apply for the position.
