The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has declared the TS EdCET 2024 result. Those who have appeared in the Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test can now download their rank cards via the official website of TSCHE at edcet.tsche.ac.in. To access the rank card, candidates are advised to enter their TS EdCET 2024 hall ticket number and date of birth correctly on the login page.
The TS EdCET 2024 exam was conducted by the Council on May 23. It was held in two sessions – the first session was administered from 10 am to 12 noon and the second session was from 2 pm to 4 pm. The Council released the response sheet or answer key on May 23, 2024, after which candidates were allowed to raise objections, if required, until May 29, 2024.
The TS EdCET is administered by Mahatma Gandhi University in Nalgonda on behalf of the TSCHE to select students for admission to two-year B.Ed courses provided by participating colleges in Telangana.
TS EdCET 2024 Result: Steps To Download Rank Card
Step 1: Go to the official website atedcet.tsche.ac.in.
Step 2: Look for and click on the “Results” or “Result Notification” section that is on the homepage.
Step 3: Then click on the relevant link for the TS EdCET 2024 examination you appeared for.
Step 4: As a new window opens, enter your hall ticket number and date of birth. Click on ‘View Rank Card’.
Step 5: The TS EdCET 2024 Result will appear on the screen.
Step 6: Check all the details mentioned on it and download the page.
The TS EdCET 2024 result or rank card will mention details like the candidate’s name, roll number, subject-wise marks, total marks, percentile, and rank obtained. Along with the results, the Council plans to issue the TS EdCET 2024 merit list, which will determine whether candidates are qualified for the counselling procedure.
The minimum qualifying scores in the TS EdCET exam for all applicants (excluding SC/ST) must be 25 per cent of the aggregate marks (rounded off to 38 marks). Candidates from the SC/ST communities must secure a minimum of 25 percent qualifying marks. For ranking, there would be no minimum qualifying marks for candidates from the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes categories.
Candidates will be graded in order of merit based on the marks received in the TS Ed.CET 2024 online examination.
