The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has recently issued a notification to initiate the process for hiring sub-inspectors. The recruitment process will be filling up around 250 vacant seats of Sub-inspector with the Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Railway Protection Special Force (RPSF).
According to the official notification regarding the recruitment drive, the board is keen to invite candidates fulfilling the required criteria. Besides the 250 vacant openings for the Sub-Inspector post, the board is also conducting this hiring process to fill 2,000 other vacant seats in the constable position. As per the official release, any candidate willing to apply for the RPF SI Recruitment 2024 is required to have a graduation degree from a recognised university or institution.

The candidates applying for the Sub-inspector post in RPF must be a minimum of 20 years old while the maximum age limit to apply is 25 years. However, an age relaxation will be provided by the boards to the candidates hailing from the reserved categories.

The hiring process will take place in different phases. These phases include the Computer-Based Test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT), and Document Verification of the candidate.

RPF SI Recruitment 2024: Examination Pattern
As per the notification, a comprehensive exam pattern will be followed in the Computer-Based Test (CBT). The exam will consist of objective-type questions, which are required to be done in the given time duration of 90 minutes.
