Mihir Banerjee claims to have an experience of 32 years of teaching now. Apart from teaching as a teacher in schools, he has also served as the principal for many. While sharing his anecdote of positivity in this highly competitive world, Mihir Banerjee said that sometimes his students get nervous about qualifying exam which has fewer seats or vacancies. To them, he motivates them that they only need one seat to succeed. He asks them to not worry about the competition and focus on their preparation.
