The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KESAB) has issued the exam 3 timetable for the Karnataka Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) 2024. As per the official schedule, the SSLC 2024 exam will be held from August 2 to August 9 in pen and paper mode. Students can check the exam 3 schedule at kseab.karnataka.gov.in.
The Karnataka SSLC exam 3 for first languages and core subjects will be held from 10:15 am to 1:30 pm whereas, second language and third language papers are scheduled from 10:15 am to 1:15 pm. For specially-abled students, an extra time of 60 minutes will be given for 3 hours of question paper, 50 minutes for 2 hours 30 minutes for question paper, 40 minutes for 2 hours of question paper, and 30 minutes for 1 hour 30 minutes of question paper.

August 2, 2024: First Language: Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Urdu, English, English (NCERT), and Sanskrit.
August 3, 2024: Third Language: Hindi, Kannada, English, Persian, Arabic, Tulu, Urdu, Sanskrit, Konkani, and NSQF subjects.
August 5, 2024: Science, Political Science, Hindustani music, Karnataka music, Karnataka music/Hindustani music.
August 6, 2024: Social Science.
August 7, 2024: Second Language: English and Kannada.
August 8, 2024: Mathematics/*Sociology.
August 9, 2024: Elements of Electrical Engineering IV, Elements of Mechanical Engineering-2, Elements of Mechanical Engineering – IV, Engineering Graphics-2, Elements of Electronics Engineering-IV, Elements of Electronics Engineering, Programming in ANSI ‘C’, Elements of Computer Science, and Economics.
Meanwhile, the online registration process for exam 3 has already started. Students can fill out the application form by visiting the official website. Candidates should keep in mind that they can register as well as upload all the required documents via the school login portal by July 17, 2024. The registration fee per subject for exam 3 is Rs 407; for two subjects, it is Rs 507. and Rs 682 for three or more subjects.
The board is giving students the option to enhance their scores by maintaining the best marks from the SSLC first, second, and third examinations, as well as providing better opportunities in the selection process for further study or employment. Students are required to score a minimum of 35 per cent marks in theory and practical both to pass the Karnataka SSLC 2024 exam.
