The Department of Technical Education has announced the schedule for the final phase of the Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (AP POLYCET) 2024 counselling. Candidates registered for phase 1 can select options for available seats during this period using their existing password and login ID. Payment of the processing fee and certificate verification can be completed between July 11 and 13 on the official website at appolycet.nic.in.
Candidates who did not attend certificate verification during the first phase of counselling should get their certificates verified at any listed helpline center in the final phase. This can be done after paying the processing fee online and then choosing their options.
Candidates who have not paid the processing fee in the first phase are instructed to pay it from July 11 on the official website. In the final phase, candidates from OC and BC categories are required to pay Rs 700, while SC and ST candidates need to deposit Rs 250. Payment can be done through net banking, debit card, or credit card.

The department has instructed applicants to attend certificate verification at any designated helpline center. They must bring the processing fee payment receipt along with all original certificates and two sets of photocopies of the documents listed below:
1. Processing fee payment receipt
2. AP POLYCET hall ticket
3. AP POLYCET rank card
4. SSC or its equivalent marks memo (Original or Internet copy).
5. Class 4 to 10 Study Certificate or Residence Certificate (if the candidate has not attended any institutionalized education) or Residence Certificate of either parent in A.P. for 10 years in the case of non-local candidates.
6. EWS certificate valid for the year 2024-25, for OC candidates who want to claim reservation under the EWS category
7. Income certificate issued on or after January 1, 2021, for claiming tuition fee reimbursement.
8. Caste certificate issued by the competent authority for candidates belonging to reserved categories (BC/SC/ST).
9. Transfer Certificate
10. Local status certificate (if applicable): A candidate who has migrated to any part of Andhra Pradesh from Telangana between June 2, 2014, and June 1, 2024, will be considered a local candidate in Andhra Pradesh.
