Century Real Estate on Thursday said its new ultra luxurious project at Indiranagar in Bengaluru, namely ‘Codename Built Rare’, has clocked an impressive Rs 450 crore in sales during the pre-launch of its phase 1. Located adjacent to the Karnataka Golf Association, Codename Built Rare spans 8.5 acres.
“The project will be launched in two phases with 347 exceptionally luxurious residences and is projected to generate Rs 2,200 crore worth of revenue in both phases,” Century Real Estate said in a statement.
