Greater Noida: German auto major Volkswagen unveiled its sports hatchback Polo GTI, which will target a niche segment of enthusiasts.
The Polo GTI is powered by a 1.8 litre petrol engine mated with a 7 speed gear box. The engine has the capability of delivering EU 6 emissions norms.
The Polo GTI comes fitted with safety features such as ABS, ESP and Hill-hold functions and airbags as standard features.
Volkswagen currently sells the Polo, Vento, Jetta and Beetle in India.
