Audi India Introduces 10-year Roadside Assistance Program, Details Inside
The initiative has been taken with Audi India’s Human-Centricity strategy, which provides the service on 24 x 7 x 365 basis with 100 percent coverage.

In order to uplift an overall driving expirence for the customers, and make it easy for them to deal with any mishap on the road, the German Car menufacturere recently announced a 10-year Roadside Assistance program, applicable only on the cars that have been sold starting from October 01, 2023.

The initiative has been taken with Audi India’s Human-Centricity strategy, which focuses on the customer-first approach. It provides 24 x 7 x 365 coverage, on-site repair service, delivery of fuel and spare keys, travel or accommodation facilities, transportation, storage, and safekeeping of vehicles and whatnot.

Commenting about the same, Head of Audi India, Balbir Singh Dhillon said, “The company is thrilled to introduce the Roadside Assistance Program for 10 years as a testament to Audi India’s steadfast assurance to our valued customers. At Audi India, the brand firmly believes that our relationship with our customers goes beyond offering products and services – it is about creating an experience that is seamless, hassle-free, and comforting throughout the ownership period”

In addition, Dhillon said “With a complimentary RSA for a 10-year period, we are setting new industry standards, further enhancing our high-quality services and timely assistance. We continuously strive to enhance customer experience. Roadside Assistance is one such essential tool to reiterate our motto of ‘Customer First”.

Advance Option on Charge my Audi App

Meanwhile, the company has also introduced an advanced option on the myAudiConnect application named Charge my Audi, which allows Audi e-tron customers to have easy access to multiple charging stations under one roof.

It has been claimed by the brand that the initiative not only allows the electric-powered vehicle’s customers to spot multiple charging options under a single roof, but also gives them the authority to monitor real-time charger status, and provides them an all-in-one payment gateway.
