A couple of days later to their last fixture, a viral video took the internet by storm which suggests wicketkeeper-batter Rahmanullah Gurbaz secretly helping the homeless people sleeping on the footpaths of Ahmedabad.

The video was shared by a local radio jockey, stating that the incident took place around 3 am. While the people were asleep, Gurbaz got out of his car and kept currency notes of INR 500 beside them before leaving without letting anyone know about his presence.
