Did Ranveer Singh Sell Two Luxury Apartments For Rs 15 Crore In Mumbai?

Ranveer Singh has received significant success in the entertainment industry in the last few years. Apart from his professional achievements, he has made some crucial real estate investments and is carefully accessing his assets currently. In a major real estate sale, the actor sold two apartments he owned on Mumbai’s Western Express Highway. Can you guess how much Ranveer sold it for? The combined price acquired by selling the two properties amounts to a whopping price of Rs 15.25 crore. Reportedly, the flats were located on the 43rd floor of the Oberoi Exquisite, a part of Oberoi Realty’s project in Mumbai’s Goregaon East neighbourhood. The structure lies near the Oberoi Mall on the Western Express Highway.

As per a Moneycontrol report, the two flats have 1,324 square feet of usable space each and a total of six parking spaces. The stamp duty for each flat was Rs 45.75 lakh. Furthermore, the report mentioned that Ranveer Singh finalised the deal on November 6 and the flat was sold to an individual in the same housing complex.

Reportedly, Ranveer Singh had purchased a lavish apartment in Bandra near Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan’s house. In July 2022, he paid 119 crore for a quadruplex in Bandra West.

Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP, the firm in which actor Ranveer Singh Bhavnani and his father Jugjeet Sundersingh Bhavnani are associated, purchased one flat on each of the 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th floors of a building called Sagar Resham, Bandstand, Bandra West. As per reports, the property has a carpet area of 11,266 square feet and a terrace space of 1,300 square feet. The property includes 19 parking spots.

A report by Financial Express mentioned that there has been an influx of Bollywood celebrities investing in real estate in recent months. Actors such as Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Sonam Kapoor, and Akshay Kumar have made real estate investments. Ahshay Kumar sold a property in Andheri West with a carpet space of 1,281 sq ft to music director Daboo Malik for Rs 6 crore in 2022. On the other hand, Sonam Kapoor sold her luxurious flat in the Bandra Kurla Complex region for about Rs 32 crore, with a 5,533 sq ft surface area.
