In a sickening incident, a masked assailant used a belt to strangle a woman unconscious on a street in New York, before dragging her between two cars where he allegedly raped her.
The video of the horrifying attack, which has gone viral, shows the man trailing the woman as she walks along the sidewalk. Within seconds, he brandishes a belt, wrapping it around her neck, choking her, and swiftly pulling her to the ground, knocking her unconscious.
The attacker is then seen dragging her between two parked vehicles, where the sexualt assault is said to have taken place

The disturbing incident happened on Bronx Street last week, on May 1 around 3 am.
According to a report in the New York Post, the man fled the scene following the attack and had not been caught as of Thursday. The New York Police Department’s Special Victims Unit is leading the investigation into this violent sexual assault.
However, according to police sources, the victim has ceased cooperating with authorities.
As per The Washington Post report, authorities confirmed that the woman was taken to a nearby hospital after the incident, and is currently in stable condition.
Additionally, the police indicated their suspicion that the man and the woman are familiar with each other, with the man having prior knowledge of her daily routine
