Watch: Mongooses Launch Deadly Attack On Lone Snake At Patna Airport, Internet Reacts

While it is common to see wild animals fighting, especially due to their age-old rivalry, one of the oldest enemies are snake and mongoose. Their perpetual enmity could be witnessed anytime when the two creatures come together. However, mongooses are said to have won in their fights against snakes. Ferocious in their own way, mongooses make audacious attacks on even highly venomous snakes such as king cobras. One such video has been posted on social media that shows a deadly fight between a snake and a few mongooses.

However, what’s shocking is that the fight takes place right at the centre of the airport premises. Shared on the X handle of Ghar Ke Kalesh, the video has been reportedly captured on the runway of the Pune airport. In the video, one could see how one mongoose struggles to fight with the snake, something that escalates into a fierce confrontation. Two more mongooses join the fray, leaving the snake all alone.

As the animals started attacking the snake, the reptile could be seen trying to evade the space to save his life. However, it remains unclear whether the snake was killed or if he did manage to flee from the attack.

The video of the snake and mongoose is being widely circulated on the internet, leaving users intrigued and amused. A user quipped, “Competitive tussle between IndiGo and Spicejet crew.”

Another jokingly said, “Mongoose be like- hum teen bhai teeno tabahi.”

“No no, it’s 3 Mongoose vs single Cobra. Mongoose follow rules and respect each other. Great respect,” a comment read.

One wrote, “Bihar airport is not for beginners.”

A user highlighted the strangest incidents from Bihar and added, “Bridge in the middle of the field, a teacher sleeping in the classroom with children fanning her and now mongoose and snake fighting in the middle of the airport.”

A section of users even claimed that the snake and the mongooses were not fighting but instead playing. Earlier, another fight video of a fierce fight from the wild gained traction.

In a similar manner, a snake and mongoose could be seen fighting each other inside a small pothole. While the snake tried to attack its enemy by spreading its hook, the mongoose eventually attacked back and even grabbed its head with both its hands.
