A video of a man getting ‘married’ to a mannequin in a bustling market and then walking away with his new ‘bride’ has set the internet on fire.
In this viral video, a man wearing a ‘sehra’ (nuptial headwear) on his head, is seen walking to a mannequin placed outside a shop in a market then kissing it on its cheeks, garlanding it and then garlanding himself, as if they were getting ‘marred’. Then, he claps, takes it’s ‘blessings’ and picks up the mannequin and walks away with it.
People around him in the market were left awe-struck at this insane act and kept laughing as the man got ‘hitched’.
Some users have commented that it might be possible that the groom had taken this step since he could not find a suitable bride for himself.
People stopped their vehicles to look at this bizzare act. A girl is seen bursting out with laughter. Some onlookers also started shooting videos. The boy also poses with the dummy in the middle of the road.
The ‘wedding’ may have been done only to entertain the crowds and get multiple views on social media. So far this ‘wedding’ video has been viewed more than 11 lakh times. Thousands have liked and shared it and gave their comments.
In one of the comments, a woman who goes by the username ‘Sonia’ wrote, “What’s up with you brother? Did you not get any girl that you are taking this dummy away?” Another user, Mukesh commented, “Come on, the bride has come.” Sachin Navgode, another user wrote, “Brother did not have any option, so he had to marry the dummy.”
