A musician known as Venserto on Instagram recently shared a disturbing video in which he claimed he was harassed by two men from his own residential complex. The incident happened during the night time, when the musician was peacefully playing his guitar and recording himself in a public area. The two men approached him, demanding to know his identity and address. However, when Venserto refused to provide his details, the men became impatient and insisted that his actions were against the rules. Throughout the video, the guitarist kept the men’s faces hidden and tried to explain politely that he was not disturbing anyone.
Since the video surfaced online, social media users were frustrated by their rude behaviour. Surprisingly, the video also caught the attention of internet sensation Orhan Awatramani, aka Orry, who shared advice on how to handle such people.
The video begins with Venserto playing his guitar alone when two men notice him. One of them asks, “Who plays guitar in such a place? Where do you stay?” The musician responds, “I don’t have to tell you where I stay, I live here.” The man then tells him to move elsewhere, but he insists it’s a public area. The situation escalates as the man demands the guitarist to reveal his identity, but he refuses. When the man accuses him of arguing, Venserto calmly replies, “I’m speaking with you very normally. This is not a restricted area.”
The man then complains that videography isn’t allowed. The musician counters saying, “I’m not shooting any person. I’m shooting myself. Who are you to identify myself with? Are you under any authority? I don’t think so.” The man remains adamant, claiming that photography was not allowed in that place. However, when Venserto asked him to show the rule, the man replied, “I’m not allowing you here.” The musician responds, “I don’t understand why you’re so bothered,” and before leaving, Venserto tells him, “I couldn’t understand why you couldn’t understand. You need to do some thinking.”

Reacting to the clip, a user wrote, “Bro he just worried you might steal aunty away.”
Another wondered, “Why do adults in India think they have authority to boss around every younger person they see, despite KNOWING they are wrong.”
“Uncle can’t stand people happier than him,” a comment read.
One more added, “The way you stayed calm. I would have absolutely lost it. Something I must learn.”
Meanwhile, Orry shared valuable advice and wrote, “Start by not calling him sir, don’t unnecessarily give random uncles power over you. Then fight back as hard, ask him who he is and how he is authorised to ask and harass you, a young boy for an ID, then call your parent and friends and identify this bored uncle to everyone and let them know he is against people playing guitars by walls, if this is a security threat to him I am concerned what he will perceive as actual security threat as. Also videotaping in public is ok, if he has a problem with him tell him to go home.”
Since the musician shared the video on Instagram, it has gone viral and garnered over 68 lakh views.
