Mark Ross-Smith, CEO of a Singapore-based travel technology company Loyalty Status Co, recently shared a review and feedback that his six-year-old daughter left for Etihad Airways after they returned from a business class flight. Mark insisted that his daughter answered the survey about her inflight experience “without any influence” and gave the UAE-based airline just 1 out of 10. He listed feedback points the six-year-old left, such as “flight was bad because her school friends were not on it, kids meal did not have chocolate, hot towel was not offered to kids, the kid’s pack in business class and the economy was identical, and the in-flight entertainment did not start till the flight was airborne.”
Mark also tagged Etihad Airways in his post and informed the airline that he is a “Platinum” customer and he and his daughter are going to take the flight again. He wrote, “We’re flying again this Friday…. wow her and I promise you’ll win the internet.”

While many found the six-year-old’s review and feedback valuable to the company, many deemed her behaviour entitled and bratty.

Etihad Airways responded to Mark’s posts and hoped that they would get a positive review next time.
