New Delhi: Google now lets users order food right from search results. When you search for a nearby restaurant on your phone, you will see an option to "Place an order" in the search results. You just need to tap that, choose the delivery service and it will take you to their website to complete the order.

"Whether you are craving deep dish pizza or pad thai, starting today you can order food from some of your favourite restaurants directly from Google search results," says the company in a post on Google+.

Initially, users will be able to order via six providers in the US - Seamless, Grubhub, Eat24, Delivery.com, BeyondMenu and MyPizza.com - but the company says to add more in the future.
