Want To Work At Apple? Tim Cook Says You Need THESE Traits To Get Hired
How to get a job at Apple: Apple is one of the most prestigious and competitive places to work in the world. So, what does it take to get hired at this tech giant? Mr Cook also spoke about Artificial Intelligence and more news18.com

Apple is a dream job for most people, not only because of the brand but also the technology behemoth being recognised as one of the best places to work in the market. But if you’re worried about needing skills like coding and being a Maths whiz are the prerequisites to become an Apple employee then you might have got it all wrong.

Speaking in an interview with singer Dua Lipa recently, Apple CEO Tim Cook shared the details that many people would surely be keeping a note of especially if you have tried to or wanted to work at Apple at any point.

During the interview, he used the phrase “ one plus one equals three" which he said is what people who work at Apple believe in. Does this mean the company hires people who are not so good at Maths? Cook explained that, “your idea plus my idea is better than individual ideas on their own," which does make sense to some extent.

But the bigger question put to Cook was about the traits needed to get hired by his company.

The Apple CEO pointed out that the company hires people from “ all walks of life" which is another way of saying that everybody doesn’t need to have coding skills or have an engineering degree to work at the tech giant because there are many roles where coding might not be the primary role for the person. He also said that Apple looks for employees who are not afraid to ask questions, can collaborate and work, someone who is creative and yes, a team player.

Cook has shared some interesting details about the company and how it goes about doing things that have made it a trillion dollar valued giant during his tenure. Cook was asked about his plans to stay at the company and who could possibly replace him at Apple when that day eventually comes.
