The Infinity display with the bezel-less design, a new smart assistant named ‘Bixby’ along with a host of external compatible devices such as the Dex are the ones that take the limelight when we talk about the USPs of the Galaxy smartphones.

Following the launch of its latest flagship smartphones, Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus, Samsung is sure to hold the attention of the smartphone industry for quite a while now. In many ways, Samsung has been able to bring some out-of-the-box features on the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus.

The Infinity display with the bezel-less design, a new smart assistant named ‘Bixby’ along with a host of external compatible devices such as the Dex are the ones that take the limelight when we talk about the USPs of the Galaxy smartphones. What everyone seems to miss out are the power-packed specifications that Samsung has loaded the phones with.

To name a few, the Galaxy S8 comes with a 4GB RAM coupled with a 64GB internal storage. Now this may or not may not be enough for a user and hence Samsung has provided an option of expanding the storage up to 256GB to ensure that the users can adjust the storage space as per their need.

This, however, is not true for each and every region across the globe. Just like the Samsung Galaxy S8 in India will not support Snapdragon 835 processor and will come with an Exynos processor instead, the RAM and internal storage options have also been meddled with for some regions.

While the rest of the world is getting a 4GB RAM on the Samsung Galaxy S8, the variant in China will be launched with a 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. Recent reports confirmed that the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus with enhanced memory option will be available exclusively in China.

Missing out on the increased storage will surely bug some of the Android phone users, especially the ones who want their smartphones loaded with such specs. This might also keep the users asking for more memory options from Samsung, given the high-end price that the smartphones are expected to be launched for.
