OnePlus is set to launch the OnePlus 5 at 12pm EDT (9:30pm IST) today. This comes after numerous teasers and leaks found their way to the internet before the launch event. The OnePlus 5 will launch in India on June 22.
As for the OnePlus 5 India launch, it is slated to happen at 2pm on Thursday, at an event in Mumbai. While it's officially been confirmed to be an Amazon India exclusive, it will also to go on sale at 4:30pm the same day.

The phone is also expected to start at a price point fo Rs 32,999 making it the most expensive OnePlus device to retail in India. The 8GB RAM version could be sold as high as Rs 37,999.Specifications
The specifications of the OnePlus 5 include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset. OnePlus says it will sport a camera built in partnership with DxO, and a horizontal dual camera setup has been confirmed.
The company has gone ahead and shown the design on Twitter already. The image suggests that the OnePlus 5 will be slimmer and taller than the OnePlus 3T. The design might not be way different from the front and you'll be getting a fingerprint sensor at the front bottom of the phone just like the OnePlus 3T. Lastly, OnePlus 5 will also have a more curvy design than the OnePlus 3T.

OnePlus 5 will sport a dual-camera just like the Apple iPhone 7 Plus, LG G6 and the Honor 8. The OnePlus 5's camera will also have one normal lens and one telephoto lens. The phone is also expected to sport portrait mode images just like the iPhone 7 Plus.Water resistance
