New Delhi: Team Anna is expected to meet the Standing Committee of Parliament and make a formal presentation of their viewpoints in a bid to demand constitutional amendments to widen the powers of the Jan Lokpal Bill.
The team's viewpoints include the conduct of MPs in Parliament and doing away with the sanction for prosecution required for bureaucrats in the Bill.
The meeting is said to take place on Thursday and Friday.
Sources say Gandhian Anna Hazare will be in Delhi to take part in Friday's standing committee meeting on the Lokpal Bill. However, there is still no word yet on him breaking his vow of silence, maun vrat.
Team Anna member Arvind Kejriwal, Prashant Bhushan and Manish Sisodia met Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar on Wednesday.
The topic of discussion included Jan Lokpal Bill and local self governance, sources said.
