The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) declared the result of the written exam for the Combined Deference Services Examination (CDS-I) 2020 at its official website, upsc.gov.in. A total of 6,552 candidates have qualified the exam and will now be appearing for an interview by the Service Selection Board (SSB) of the Ministry of Defence. Those who clear all rounds will be eligible for admission to Indian Military Academy, Dehradun or Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala, or Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course or Officers Training Academy, Chennai.
Candidates who qualified in the written exam and given their first choice as Army (IMA/OTA) are required to register themselves online on the Recruiting Directorate’s website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in in order to enable them to receive call up information for SSB interview.
UPSC CDS-I result 2020: How to check
Candidates can check their results by following these steps –
Step 1: Visit the official website, upsc.gov.in
Step 2: Click on the official result link under ‘what’s new’
Step 3: A PDF will open, check your roll number
The marks-sheet of candidates who have not qualified will be put on the Commission’s website within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result of OTA, as per the official notice.

Candidates may obtain any information/clarification regarding this examination on working days between 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM, in person or over telephone No.011-23385271, 011-23381125 and 011-23098543 from this Facilitation Counter. Candidates can also obtain information regarding their result by accessing UPSC website www.upsc.gov.in
