Even as grim details of the Shraddha Walkar case emerge each day, a similar case, wherein a man’s body was chopped and stored in a fridge after being killed by his wife and son in Delhi’s Pandav Nagar, has surfaced.
The deceased has been identified as Anjan Das. News18 has learnt that the accused, his wife Poonam and son Deepak, murdered Das over his illicit affair by giving him drugs and then stored his body in the fridge of their Trilokpuri house. The parts were then disposed of over days in and around Pandav Nagar and East Delhi.
Police confirmed that the duo used to cut the body into pieces and keep it stored in the fridge and eventually throw them in Pandav Nagar area.

The accused, Poonam, said: “Anjan Das used to have ill intentions towards my children and that’s why I did it. My son killed him with a knife, I didn’t do it."
