The devotion Kriti Sanon has for fitness is apparent from her social media posts. Kriti keeps on trying her hands on nearly all forms of training, and her fitness workout videos serve as inspiration for fans. The star diligently follows her fitness routine despite her busy schedule. Kriti recently posted a video on her YouTube channel where she discussed her fitness mantra and the diet she follows for her upcoming action film- Ganapath.
Kriti reveals that she never adhere to a strict diet, instead was on a weight-gain diet during Mimi. However, this is the first time she is on a “real diet" as she has now started eating foods rich in protein, low in carbohydrates, and high in healthy fats for her next role in Ganapath. She said, “I have never ever been on a diet. I’ve been on a weight gain diet during Mimi but this is actually the first time now that I have just started a diet which is high protein, low carbs, and a good fat kind of diet with calorie-count etc."
Additionally, the actor shared her mantra, which is to eat everything and exercise. “I’ve always felt that one should eat everything and workout. That’s my mantra."
In order to prepare for the action sequence in Kriti’s next action movie, Harsh Verma, who is the first Indian to join the team of Shaolin performing monks, will train her. Kriti’s fans are keen to see this film as it will feature her in a never seen avatar.

Talking about Ganapath, Kriti will be seen sharing screen space with Tiger Shroff.
