Amitabh Bachchan has reportedly unfollowed his daughter-in-law, actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, on Instagram. Multiple media reports claim that Big B is not following Aishwarya anymore. Amitabh follows a total number of 74 people on Instagram including Salman Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Virat Kohli, Shweta Bachchan Nanda and Navya Naveli Nanda among others. Aishwarya, on the other hand, only follows husband Abhishek on Instagram.
However, News18 Showsha cannot confirm if Amitabh Bachchan was following Aishwarya on Instagram in the first place.
The report comes days after the entire Bachchan family happily posed together as they attended the premiere of Agastya Nanda’s debut movie The Archies in Mumbai. In the photos and videos from the mega event that went viral on social media, Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Aaradhya, Navya Nanda, along with Navya’s parents Nikhil Nanda and Shweta Bachchan were seen flaunting their million-dollar smiles as they posed for the paparazzi.
In another video that surfaced on social media, ‘Mami’ Aishwarya was seen adorably teasing Agastya as he posed for the paps. In a video shared by a paparazzo, Aishwarya was seen telling Agastya to get used to the cameras and the attention he was receiving on the red carpet. The moment left everyone in the Bachchan family in splits, especially Abhishek and Aaradhya.
On the work front, Aishwarya was last seen in the historical action drama Ponniyin Selvan: II. Directed by Mani Ratnam, the film was released in April this year and was widely loved by all. Following the release, Abhishek Bachchan also praised his wife and mentioned that both, Jaya and Aishwarya should work more often. “It is always emotional. With my father, I am always able to view his work as an actor. With my mother, I can’t. I am a terrible judge of her work because for me that’s maa. Like for Aishwarya and dad, I can look upon their work,” he told Instant Bollywood.
