After the huge success of her recent film Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani and her Hollywood release Heart of Stone, Alia Bhatt decided to take a well-deserved break. She, along with her husband Ranbir Kapoor and their darling daughter Raha, took off for a vacation in New York. Over the past few days, many photos of the couple emerged on social media. Now that the actress is back in the town, it’s not unusual for her to step out of her house. However, on Sunday, a clip surfaced on social media, where a group of women allegedly mobbed her car.
Sharing the viral clip on their feed, popular paparazzo handle Viral Bhayani captured a group of women curiously peeking through the black tinted window of an SUV, which allegedly belongs to Alia Bhatt. The video caught these women smooshing their faces against the car, before the car started moving. However, News18.com cannot confirm or deny whether it was actually Alia Bhatt’s car.
Take a look:
Netizens swarmed the comment section with their observations. One of them wrote, “Give them some personal space ????.” Another one commented, “Ye celebs bilkul safe nhi h ????????.” Someone else said, “They are saying aliaaa bhaatttt????.” An individual also stated, “Celebrities are not public property.”
Meanwhile, when Alia and Ranbir made their return to Mumbai, the couple posed for shutterbugs at the airport. Alia rocked casuals in a white oversized tee and black trousers and accessorised her look with black sunnies and white sneakers. Ranbir, on the other hand, sported chic sportswear, a pair of blue track pants and matching sweatshirt. As they made their way out of the airport, fans mobbed him, asking for selfies. Both of them posed with the sea of fans before getting in their car. The paparazzi also congratulated Alia on her national award win. The actress politely said “thank you”.
As for Alia Bhatt’s latest film, after grossing a whopping Rs. 343.98 crores at the worldwide box office, Alia Bhatt’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is now available on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video. Currently, the film is available to rent for 30 days. However, it will soon be available for free on the platform. The OTT version of the film also features an extra 10 minutes which were cut from the theatrical version due to time constraints.
