Suhana Khan is giving major fitness goals this Monday! The Archies star, known for keeping her fans updated on social media, recently shared a glimpse of her intense workout routine on Instagram. Ahead of her highly anticipated film King, Suhana took to the gym, showcasing her dedication to staying fit and strong.
In the reel shared on her Instagram, Suhana can be seen powering through a variety of exercises. She kicked off her workout with challenging pull-ups, targeting her back, shoulders, and arms. This was followed by the leg press, an exercise focused on building strength in the legs, particularly the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes. She then moved on to hip thrusts, which effectively worked her glutes and hamstrings, enhancing lower body strength. Next up were push-ups, a classic move that engages the chest, shoulders, and triceps. To wrap up her intense session, Suhana performed deadlifts—perfect for building overall strength, especially in the back and glutes.

Meanwhile, Suhana Khan’s upcoming King is one of the most anticipated films among the audience. Directed by Sujoy Ghosh, the movie will star the actor along with her father and superstar Shah Rukh Khan. Fans have been waiting with bated breath for updates about this upcoming project. Amidst this, a recent report has revealed that the movie will be officially announced on the actor’s birthday, November 2.
As reported by Mid Day, Anirudh Ravichander has been roped in to compose the music for King. Reports reveal that the music composer has started working on the tunes for the film. The report mentioned that the makers of the film are planning to announce King officially on Khan’s birthday – November 2, this year. It also mentioned that Shah Rukh and Suhana are currently preparing for their action sequences in the film.
The report also mentioned that the movie will kickstart the shoot in January. The makers have zeroed in on Budapest which will provide the perfect atmosphere which is needed for the film due to its cold weather. The pre-production will start from October onwards. The dialogues have been crafted by Abbas Tyrewala who recently worked on War 2. The report stated that the first draft of the dialogues had been prepared. Additionally, Shah Rukh, Suhana, Abhishek Bachchan, and Abhay Verma will start the shoot in January.
King will explore the story of a complex don who turns to be a mentor to a girl. Shah Rukh will play the role of a don while Suhana will be seen as his mentee. The report mentioned that Bachchan will be seen in a negative role.
