Sonakshi Sinha Reveals SRK Sent a Voice Note to Wish Her, Zaheer Iqbal On Wedding: 'It Was The Highlight'

Sonakshi Sinha has shared 10 photos from her wedding with Zaheer Iqbal, each accompanied by a caption and a backstory and fans cannot have enough of it! In the first photo, Zaheer and Sonakshi pose in a filmi way, and she mentions that it is now her phone wallpaper. The next few photos capture Zaheer looking at Sonakshi with a lot of love as she prepares for her ‘dream role’: being his wife. For the photo, she wrote, “Hero watching his heroine get ready for her dream role. And since theres too much peace in the process… of course he HAS to disrupt it by saying something silly to make her laugh.”

But the photo that has caught everyone’s attention is a picture that shows Sonakshi holding up a phone to Zaheer in an elevator, both smiling and listening intently to a voice note from none other than megastar Shah Rukh Khan, recorded on their wedding day! Days after tying the knot, Sonakshi and Zaheer soaked up the romance on their honeymoon. Last week, Sonakshi shared a couple of dreamy photos on her Instagram stories. One photo showed the newlyweds taking a sweet selfie in a pool, basking in the sunset. In another photo, Sonakshi was sitting on the pool’s edge with Zaheer holding her.
