Munawar Faruqui Shares Rare Photo With His Son Mikael Days After His 2nd Wedding | Check Here

Munawar Faruqui has dropped a rare photo with his son, Mikael. On Wednesday, the stand-up comedian took to his Instagram stories to send birthday wishes to his son. Munawar shared a picture where he was seen hugging his six-year-old son. The father-son duo were all smiles as they posed for the camera. “HBD My (star emoji),” he wrote.

Mikael is Munawar’s son from his first wife, Jasmine. The comedian first spoke about his son in Kangana Ranaut’s Lock Upp. Last year, Munawar also talked about his son with Mannara Chopra while they were in the Bigg Boss 17 house. “I have been with someone for the past two years. I was in a marriage in 2017 and in 2020 we got separated. Last year our divorce was finalised. Amid all this, the best thing about my life is my son. He is 5 years old and stays with me,” he said.

“I know he is watching me. He is my fan, he knows all my songs and watches my music videos. He sees everything that I post and now he will stay with me My ex-wife got married so now my son will stay with me only. In the past 4-5 months, I got so close to him that there is no limit to that affection. He is very smart,” he added.

Interestingly, Munawar’s photo with his son comes days after the Bigg Boss 17 winner’s alleged second marriage with Mehzabeen Coatwala, a makeup artist based in Mumbai. Reportedly, the two tied the knot recently in the presence of their family members. As per The Indian Express, Mehzabeen lives in the Agripada area in South Mumbai and belongs to the Memon community.

An insider also confirmed Munawar Faruqui’s second wedding and told Times Now, “Yes, Munawar is now married. Usne shaadi kar li hai. Woh yeh sab under wraps rakhna chahta hai tabhi koi khass pictures bhi nahi milega apko. (He got married. He wants to keep it under wraps; hence, you would not find any pictures of the two).”

The source added that their wedding was a “close-knit function” attended by the two’s family members and close friends. Reportedly, Hina Khan also attended Munawar’s second wedding.

However, it should also be noted that Munawar Faruqui has yet to confirm or deny his second wedding claims.
