Mumbai: Lakme Fashion Week is not just a platform for established designers to showcase their latest collections on the ramp, but it also provides the talented and budding couturiers a perfect stage that recognises their talent and takes them forward in the world of fashion. The summer/resort collection this time saw a bevy of fresh talents sashaying some enticing designs on the ramp and out of the many designers, the one that really captivated us were the MadSam TinZin girls.
The four extremely talented girls presented their 'Aangan' collection that comprised Indo-western range for the contemporary Indian girl who loves easy-to-wear silhouettes.
The collection included tunics, dresses, jackets, tops, lehengas and skirts. Plush fabrics like organza, tulle, silk, crepe and chiffon oozed femininity in their collection and accentuated flowing forms. The designers picked the best colours of the season and incorporated them in their collection, thereby making it an instant hit.
We are certainly drooling over their collection that was indeed regal, romantic and downright royal.
