American singer and songwriter Joe Jonas, who recently confirmed his relationship with model Stormi Bree, has reportedly called off their romance. According to the reports, Joe and Stormi have decided to end things after nearly three months of confirming their relationship. A source confirmed to Page Six about the separation, citing the reason behind the split appears to be Joe’s hectic schedule, particularly his commitment to working on his solo album.
“He’s been busy working on his solo album,” the source told the outlet.
According to a source who spoke to US Weekly, Joe has an incredibly hectic schedule juggling his responsibilities between his kids and his career. The source further said, “His romantic life has to take a back seat for now.”
The source mentioned to the magazine, “If the right person comes along, he’ll definitely make time for them in his life. … [He] doesn’t feel the need to jump into a relationship with anybody. If it happens, it happens. But he’s really happy with where things are at right now.”
Joe and Stormi’s romance began to make waves in January this year after the pair was spotted together in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Following this trip, the couple jetted off to Aspen, Colorado where they were spotted enjoying romantic dinner together and later hanging out with their friends.
An eyewitness told Page Six at the time that the couple appeared “cosy” and “super smiley” during their time together.
However, the couple didn’t officially confirm their romance until March when they were photographed sharing a kiss during a trip to Australia. The relationship seemed to be progressing steadily when a source close to the couple revealed to US Weekly that Joe was keen on introducing his young daughters to Stormi. The source said, “He hasn’t introduced his kids to Stormi yet, but if things continue going well as they have been, then he would be open to them meeting sometime soon. His main priority and focus will always be his children but at the same time, he’s putting himself out there and is open to what’s to come.”
Before his relationship with Stormi, Joe Jonas was married to actress Sophie Turner. The couple announced their decision to divorce in September 2023. During their time together, Joe and Sophie welcomed two daughters, three-year-old Willa and 19-month-old Delphine. Their love story began in 2016 when Joe and Sophie first met and confirmed their relationship in 2017.
