Malayalam actor Indrajith Sukumaran has completed shooting for his debut Hindi feature film with Anurag Kashyap. He dropped pictures with the director on Instagram and spoke about his experience filming for his debut Bollywood film. Other details about the film have been kept under wraps.
The actor expressed his joy in completing his first Hindi film on social media. In his post, Indrajith wrote, “Wrapped up my first Hindi feature film with this incredible filmmaker and gem of a man.. @anuragkashyap10 Really excited for you all to watch what we have made! Cheers to the good times.”
Anurag replied to the post and lauded Indrajith’s command over the Hindi language. He said, “It was sheer pleasure to work with you. You’re not just a fantastic actor and human being, you’re love. Thank you for doing this and this is just the beginning. You speak better Hindi than most actors acting in the Hindi film industry. It was an honour to work with you. See you soon. You’re my younger brother for life.”
Sukumaran further responded to the comment and wrote, “@anuragkashyap10 Thank you for these words! Was a one of kind experience working with you. Lotsa love to you and ur team, and looking forward to working with you more and more..” The details about the upcoming film have been kept under wraps.
As soon as the post was shared, it garnered several likes and comments on Instagram. Many dropped heart emojis while others commented on the collaboration of both stars. A fan wrote, “Finally my two favourite colab together Indaretttttaaa waiting for ur Bollywood & @anuragkashyap10 sir Sir Biig fan or ur film ur work n now u bringing Our Indraettan to Bollywood that’s spectacular.”
On the work front, Sukumaran last appeared in the film Marivillin Gopurangal. Directed by Arun Bose, the film also stars Shruti Ramachandran, Vincy Aloshious, Sarjano Khalid, Asif Ali and others. On the other hand, Anurag was seen in the film Maharaja. The Nithilan Swaminathan directorial also stars Vijay Sethupathi, Mamta Mohandas, and Abhirami, among others.
