The wait is over! We have received your votes and finalized the winners for this year's IBNLive Movie Awards. 2015 was an eventful year for both Indian and international cinema. If the year saw several Box Office hits, it also helped small budget independent films make their presence felt. From the hits to the misses, our readers tell us what we will remember the Indian showbiz industry for in 2015.

Justifying his career's best performance as Bajirao, with 34.96% Ranveer Singh has been voted the best actor by our viewers.Take a bow Mr. Singh. You have come a long way from playing Bittu Sharma in 'Band Baaja Baraat' to the regal Peshwa in 'Bajiaro Mastani'. What a transformation and not a single slip from the character throughout the film.

Amitabh Bachchan for 'Piku' (21.87%)

Amitabh Bachchan played grumpy, hypochondriac Bhaskor Banerjee to perfection in Shoojit Sircar's 'Piku'. A slice of life film, Big B played father to Deepika Padukone's character.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui for 'Manjhi- The Mountain Man' (16.86%)

Nawazuddin Siddiqui turned heads with his powerful performance as Dasharath Manjhi in 'Manjhi- The Mountain Man'. Siddiqui proves just how outstanding and charismatic an actor he is with his performance, again. The film might or might not strike the chords with your heart but Siddiqui's realistic acting will!

Irrfan Khan for 'Talvar' (9.22%)

Is there any role that Irrfan Khan can't do? The actor played CBI officer who investigates a murder case in 'Talvar'. Fine nuanced performance by Khan makes him a contender for this list.

Varun Dhawan for 'Badlapur' (7.78%)

Who would have though that Varun Dhawan could be capable of playing such a dark character like Raghu in 'Badlapur'. But Dhawan manages to stun one and all in this intense thriller.

Ranbir Kapoor for 'Tamasha' (7.4%)

Ranbir Kapoor perhaps delivers his best performances in Imtiaz Ali's films. In 'Tamasha' Ranbir plays a regular office-goer who harbours interests to become a story teller. From being an eccentric, fun stranger to a boring ordinary man- Ranbir shows an immense range in his acting.

Ayushman Khurrana for 'Dum Laga Ke Hiasha' (1.91%)

We were missing Ayushman Khurrana. After two dismissive performances last year, the multi-talented actor bounced back with 'Dum Laga Ke Haisha'. He played a small towner who runs a cassette business and is insecure of his educated wife. Laced with humour, his performance and the film made us remember feel good cinema of early '90s.
